MUSIC BROKERS ON CD AND VINYL

The initial idea launched with MUSIC BROKERS, the label specialized in reissues of popular music of various genres at affordable prices, quickly expanded to consolidate with new and innovative concepts. The Many Faces was the one who took the company from the traditional “family tree” to the creation of different albums that reflected the lesser known (but equally important) aspects of pop and rock superstars. With over 100 titles available (and many more in the works), both on CD and vinyl, The Many Faces Collection launched a who's who of 20th century popular music. From Hard Rock (Iron Maiden, Deep Purple, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, AC/DC) to 80s British rock (The Cure, The Police, The Smiths), going through R&B (Tina Turner, James Brown) and From blues (Eric Clapton, BB King) to electronica (Depeche Mode, Daft Punk, Joy Division), these albums include collaborations, alternate versions, solo appearances, live recordings and tribute versions that fans rave about. Now, with the renewed popularity of vinyl, our acclaimed triple CDs are expanding their reach in a limited edition double LP format.

80’S RE:COVERED

A SPECIAL ALBUM TAKES FANS ON A JOURNEY BACK TO THE FUTURE.

80's Re-Covered is an extraordinary project in which 12 essential artists from the 80s (Kim Carnes, Curiosity Killed The Cat, Heaven 17, ABC, Black, Kim Wilde, etc.) accept the challenge of reversing songs from other decades with the sound of the 80s. The result is an album with an incredible repertoire that also functions as a hidden gem from what was perhaps the most powerful era in the music industry. The recordings on this album were created exclusively for this project, arranged and produced by a team that included Robin Millar (Sade, Fine Young Cannibals, Big Country, Eric Clapton and Sting among many others). 80s: Re-Covered is a massive and unique project, acclaimed and turned into a success by distributors and fans from all over the world. Thus, Robin Millar became one of the executive producers of the project and convinced several stars from the world of music to participate.

The artists wisely selected their songs. For an artist, the chosen song involves emotional and very personal reasons. In addition to the deeper meaning, Martin recalls the challenge it took to turn the song into an ABC signature track. “We tried to do it as a prequel. As if people heard Radiohead's cover and thought they had covered that 80's song! It has a fun, time-machine tone to it – a back-to-the-future vibe.”

Songs from the 80s: Re-Covered retain their unique charm, yet sound like the original in the hands of the artists performing them. China Crisis' version of Carole King's “It's Too Late” could articulate comfortably with everything they recorded on their first two albums. Belinda Carlisle turns CCR's “Have You Ever Seen The Rain” into a pop anthem. Captain & Tennille's soft pop classic “Love Will Keep Us Together” transforms into a disco beat in the hands of Kim Wilde. Each track on 80s: Re-Covered is an exploratory journey through time.

The album is available in two formats: double CD, double colored vinyl and digital.

BOSSA COLLECTION

According to many music critics, Bossa N' became a subgenre unto itself. The first album was followed by a whole series. And the series became a concept that became everlasting. The company formed a team of producers and artists from different countries who collaborate according to the needs of each album. With the spirit of Bossa Nova and contemporary electronics, each album has its own journey, and they’ve been all extremely successful.

BOSSA N' STONES

In 2005, Music Brokers launches an unexpected crossover for the time: the best of the Rolling Stones paired with a powerful electronic bossa nova. With very little radio airplay, Bossa n' Stones became the obligatory soundtrack in stores, offices, bars, restaurants and friends' houses. The album sold millions of copies, went gold, silver and platinum; and to this day it continues to add thousands and thousands of streams around the world.
